• Customer feedback collection through QR codes and links
• SMS-based feedback requests (where applicable)
• Review management and response tools
• Real-time alerts and notifications
• Team collaboration and routing features
• Analytics and reporting

SMS Messaging Services

Our platform may send SMS text messages to your customers on your behalf to request feedback after service interactions. By using our SMS services, you agree that:

• You have obtained proper consent from customers to receive SMS messages
• Customer phone numbers are provided voluntarily during service interactions
• SMS messages are transactional, not promotional or marketing messages
• Messages comply with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements
• Customers can opt-out by replying STOP at any time
• Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable SMS regulations

We send a maximum of one SMS per customer interaction. Messages typically contain a brief thank-you and a link to provide feedback. We do not send recurring messages, promotional content, or marketing communications via SMS.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data

3. Intellectual Property

10. Indemnification
